Finish This Song

Here is today's song:
Well, if you told me you were drowning
I would not lend a hand
Ive seen your face before my friend
But I dont know if you know who I am

Finish it, try to at least get to the chorus. And extra credit for Song Title and Artist.

Finish This Song

I'm thinking of starting a new post subject on my blog called "Finish This Song". I'll post a few lines from a random song and you have to post the next line or two of the song. You get extra credit if you can post the artist and song title as well.

So let's try it out, Finish This Song:

Well you walk into a restaurant, strung out from the road,
You can feel the eyes upon you as your shaking off the cold
You pretend it doesnt bother you, but you just want to explode.

Posing a question

If Nintendo started releasing all their first party titles (Mario, Donkey Kong, etc) as cross-platform games during the N64 phase do you think they'd still be in a position to build their own consoles today?

Your thoughts?

Zeitgeist: The Movie

This is an AMAZING movie.

I'm only thru part 1 so far, but WOW. Deals with society's control and underlying currents of control through-out human history.

Warning: Joel, you might want to stay away from it.

45 minutes

So rehearsals for the play are really in full swing now and I just got word that our call for Saturday is at 9am and we are running stuff until 4pm that day.

Yesterday I spent a whole 45 minutes at my house awake. 15 minutes in the morning to get ready for work and about 30 minutes after getting home at 11:45pm to check some stuff out online, feed the cat and shower and stuff.

So that's what my days are like now Monday thru Friday and now I have a long long day on Saturday. Which I will probably have to stay late and do set construction since the set builder they have got his panties in a wad and stormed out the other day.

I really wouldnt change any of this for the world though, this has been a great experience so far. I hope you all can come and see my debut and all of our hard work.

Smug, Ignorant Mac Users

I was speaking with a customer today and asked for her password. She responded, "Gee I dont remember. My Mac just remembers it and I never have to type it in."

That's an alright excuse, as any user (PC or MAC) can rely on things like that, but she kept emphasizing "Mac", like this was a Mac thing. They are so neat and user friendly that Mac's are the only ones that do stuff like this.

She's ignorant that no other system can do this, and chooses to stay that way on the erroneous assumption that Mac's are perfect and head and shoulders above anything else.

I hate that about Mac users. Your Mac does absolutely NOTHING new or unique. Everything you do on your Mac you can equally do on a PC running any number of other Operating System. You are not a beautiful and unique snowflake. You are the same decaying organic matter as everyone else, and we are all part of the same compost pile.

Busy busy

I am super busy now with the play ramping up. The whole cast is called every night now, so I am leaving at 8am in the morning and not getting home till about 1130pm each night with no real break in the middle other than drive time. And blending in my night class on Tuesdays and Thursdays and the homework for it and my strong desire to sleep and eat, I'm a busy beaver.

If you are interested in attending a showing of "Monster" at Edison:

Friday, November 2nd @ 7:30pm
Saturday, November 3rd @ 7:30pm
Sunday, November 4th @ 7:30pm

Tickets are $7.oo
