Well at the behest of a fellow co-worker, I have went out and bought some NO2 to help with my workouts.
I have to take 8 of these things a day and make sure to drink 64 ounces of water. Drinking this water and remembering (and paying for) these supplements might be harder than the actual working out.
I think I am becoming addicted to the Y in a bad way though.
